Zaria Forman is an artist who uses paint and pastels to create real life dipictions of ocean waves, storms and icebergs. Taking trips all around the world to different locations to gain inspiration for her work. She uses minimal tools to create her works but mainly uses her own hands. She has become very successful for her work and has been featured in many magazines and doesn lots of comissions.
Personaly I really like her work, i live how she uses a minimal amount of tools to create her work but mainly uses her hands i feel this gives it a more personal touch and connects her more to the work. I love the use of colours and how she mainly focuses on the natural blues she finds when travelling. Though I feel this is one of her strengths I also feel this is one of her weaknesses as she is at risk of her work becoming to similar with a limited colour pallet.
I am inspired by the way she approches her work with the natural direct connection to her work using her won personal experiences to create her peices and her own hands to make the work. Her peices are calming and have a create sence of deepth, I am very inpresses in the way that she can create such realism using mainly her hands.
