Challenges:

There are many challenge in setting up your own small business. One of the main issues is getting a brand identity that is clear and presents what you want your brand to be, this can be an issues if you dont agree on what you want the brand/ company to be and portray in the group you are working in. Another issue is getting that brand recognised, if you are just a small start up brand then nobody will know you and what you do so you need communicate with the audience and get your self recognised.

Skills:

There are many skills that are needed to set up a small comany and business. One major aspect and skill that is needed to be able to work well in a team. This means that you also need to have good communcation skills adn be able to problem solve in a team other wise your business will not have a strong foundation to work from. I feel that i have the skills nessesary to be able to work well in a smal business and work well in a team. 

Development of skills and knowledge:

I need to develop my knowlege in my area so this could be going to university and developing more knowlege and skills in my area and then going on to create a small business. I would also need to find a team that i could work with that works well together so we can have an effective team and work well to create the work that needs to be create to a certain area.
