The power of introverts

Susan Cain loks at how the world is so focused on people who are out going and social but what happens if your not naturally wired that way? she looks at how being an introvert is powerful in it's own way. Susan says that introverts have extrodinary talent and abilities to change the world if only they would be listen to in the corporate world. Introverts should be encouraged and celebrated.

As a fellow introvert I agree with hwere she is comming from, looking at the creative world from the inside out you can see that naturally people gravitate to the people who speak there minds and are brave to reveal what they think about a situation but that shouldn't mean that introverts are left behind. I believe it takes all kind of people to create a world that works effectivly so being open minded is one of the ways to do this.
