The habits of happiness

In this ted talk Mattieu Ricard looks at what happiness is and how can we all get some. Mattieu use to be a biochemist and then realised he wanted to become a buddhist monk. After searching for happiness he came to the great realisation that we can train our minds to create habits of well-being that release happiness into our lives.

I found this talk inspiring as it looks at how our brian is wired and how we hae more power then we might at first think. We have the power to be happy no matter what the out look of any situation may look like,we just need to change the way our brain is wired to produce happy thoughts and out looks.
