Heart Knowledge

My very close friend went to Uni in september after living with me for a year. We often will have deep convosations about our identity and who we are, or perceive ourselves to be. This past few months have been ones of really change and have pushed us both in different areas and have made us question some of our perceptions of ourselves. After struggling with my identity for the past few years this time has been a test to see if what I learnt I really know (I call this head to heart knowledge) and for me it's been a time of realisting that the knowledge has become heart knowledge, but for my friend it hasn't been this easy. It's been an extremly challenging and confusing time. It made me realise just how thankful I am that I worked some of it out, that I gained more confidence in myself so I took this picture to remind me of that, that my very indentity is inprinted in my finger tips.
